With the introduction of Windows XP, Microsoft has added a feature that allows you to ask someone for help with your computer. This can be done over the Internet and the person that you ask for help actually has the ability to manipulate your computer just as if he was sitting in front of it (if you allow it). This means that I can see your screen, move your mouse and use the keyboard on your computer remotely over the Internet. This enables me to repair/fix/update your computer no matter where you are located in the world!

  So, if you have problems with your computer, need technical support  or just need someone to solve issues as they crop up, you can always ask for help. You can add my contact name to your Windows Messenger program - and that way you can see when I'm on-line and ask any questions that you might have or arrange a remote assistance session. This ability is provided for paying clients only. The AskMarvin forum is the free venue for visitors.

• A computer running either Windows XP Home or Windows XP Professional
• A stable Internet Connection

• A Microphone & Speakers for communicating back & forth
• A High Speed Internet connection such as a Cable Modem or xdsl.

  I currently charge $25.00 USD per hour.There is no minimum fee and charges are calculated in 10 minute increments.
