& What They Mean

The following list shows all of the LED displays that can occur during use of a TeraPro cable modem. As a subscriber, you are likely to see the first group of LED displays. They occur during during normal conditions. The second group shows LEDs that might occur if you are experiencing difficulty with the modem connection. If you see a LED sequence in the second group, call your cable operator or internet service provider and describe the LED.

If you are experiencing difficulty with your modem connection, you could see a display like one below. Write down the name of the LED display that most closely corresponds to the one you are seeing and tell your cable provider.
